Project quotes
Submitting the project form is a request for a quote, not a binding commitment on either side. A project only begins once both parties have agreed scope, price and timeline in writing.
Client work & intellectual property
Ownership and usage rights for commissioned work are set out in the agreement for that specific project, since they vary by service. A merch design licence looks different from a piece of custom software. Nothing on this general terms page overrides a signed project agreement.
Liability
