Who we are

This site is operated by Zivon Solutions, based in the United Kingdom. Zivon Solutions is the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect

When you submit the "Start a project" or "Contact" forms, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name, project details, budget range and timeline. We also record an approximate country/region derived from your connection at the time of submission, and which page referred you to the form.

We use a theme preference cookie to remember whether you've chosen light or dark mode. It contains no personal data and isn't used for tracking or advertising.

How we use it

Form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if a project goes ahead, to deliver it. We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in a Supabase-hosted database, which acts as our data processor. Access is restricted to authenticated Zivon Solutions staff accounts.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to restrict how we use it. To make a request, email hello@zivonsolutions.com.
